Used to watch this when i was living it up in the sub continent, it was fun to watch surely it would make more sense to promote this day like rugby 7's circuit in countries that will never take cricket seriously or even understand cricket.

20/20 should be more for countries with a hope in cricket countries which in 10 years can produce the goods.

Looks like all stars are top of their group (Sobers Group), while NZ tops one of the other groups (Bradman Group).

Unsure about Cowdrey group -which had Pakistan, Hongkong and Sri Lanka in it.

Other than that its a tournament mainly for fun and at last SL has recorded a win...even if its value is questionable...
