Statistically this makes the overall picking of positions very even overall. Perhaps the round 10 guys towards the end have an advantage, but I think it somewhat negates itself for the final round 11.

Speaking of round 11, when you make your selection, I am going to suggest you pick a number between 1 and 100 with your pick and actually have a couple of reserve picks in order, in case. I have thought of a number (between 1 and 100) and the closest number out of the people with the same pick will retain their pick. This is just to avoid the same pick occurring..
