Weekes average reached 60 in his 7th innings and never went down 60 until his 76th innings! 60+ average for 68 innings!

Hutton also had exceptionally tougher wickets, harder batting role and he faced one of the strongest attacks of all time (the Invincibles) over and over and averaged 57 against them barring his final series. Viv has a higher reputation and was more dominant, the anonymity with which Viv is viewed as the best of his time is absurd.
