Certainly not pulling their weight, those two, nor is Burgey.
Exactly who I support in the Ashes is usually the subject of at least one conspiracy theory per series so I probably shouldn't openly nail my colours to the mast.Certainly not pulling their weight, those two, nor is Burgey.
FTR I didn't mean to ignore this, I just simmed the other game last night before deciding to do the writeup in the morning. In the case that you get as far as doing other matches can I put forward the following player please
Player Name: Joel Kiff
Player Role: All-Rounder
Batting position: Middle-Order
Bowling Style: Right-Arm Medium
Team: International
wanker runs for o'shea d. slim what an absolute heroJevali and Duff started understandably cautiously as a long innings was needed, but late on the fourth day Davis caught Duff's outside edge and the Australians would have to resume on 23/1, looking to either survive 90 overs or make a bold bid for 377 more runs.
Jevali and Slim oped to take no chances. The pair built an unyielding partnership that was not broken until well after the tea break. After compiling 176 runs in 75 overs, Roome finally got the breakthrough in the same over that Jevali became the first Australian to ton up, and Slim followed suit half an hour later with the draw settled in all but name. The captains shook hands on a game where neither side could dislodge the other.

Very happy with the 7 fer. Obviously disappointed it wasn't 10, but I can only assume I got tired from celebrating wickets and need more match fitness.Jevali and Duff started understandably cautiously as a long innings was needed, but late on the fourth day Davis caught Duff's outside edge and the Australians would have to resume on 23/1, looking to either survive 90 overs or make a bold bid for 377 more runs.
