Sobers might have been a good one - some people would probably have been more inclined to try and defend that "result". But the instant outrage that led more than a couple to post angry rants before reading the whole thread might not have been so pronounced.

Bradman at 8 has the perfect combination of shock value without stretching the limits of incredulity imo. Sobers at 8 doesn't score as well on the first front imo, and Monty Panesar at 8 doesn't score well at all on the second
