I'd like to banter back, but knowing what has happened in the past I have a lot to thank you for, for my international career, so I will refrain. However, that won't stop me knocking out the Reds batsmans' stumps with ease in the final OD warm up game.
Hopefully certain others of us, can do it in the first warm up games :)

Excellent. You will get your chance in the 2nd warm-up game. Everyone will play at least one warm up game.

Glad to be named in the starting XI to take on Bangladesh in a one day pre season friendly. I'll try my hardest to fix a position and to help the team in anyways possible contribution wise.

I meant, a rough idea of how they will perform. But thanks, will make things easier.
The CW Colts wishes to extend their most sincere apologies to Rob Dauth, for not giving him - and therefore the rest of the Dev League - away our greatest asset, the suprise factor. In hindsight, I'm sure that we all agree that we would have decided to tell you exactly what each of the players will be like, down to the fact that Batsman X can't play leg-cutters, and Bowler Y is mostly an inswing bowler.

In fact, even more shaming for us is not giving the young man information that the players themselves don't receive - Gosh, what are we doing? Let's just feed Rob with all that he needs to know, just to give him a "rough idea of how they will perform", because let's face it - the kid needs ...

Hey guys, they've got this new player called Batsman X, leg cutters get him every time!

"Er, Jamee, there's no Batsman X in this team"

Damn, they knew that we knew that they knew that Batsman X couldn't play leg-cutters.

Hahahaha.
I think what he meant was - can he see their simming averages, so that he can complain about them if they might be higher than his own :( :'( :(

Oh, I'm sorry mate. That was in the past, let's put it behind us. We'll let our performances on the pitch do the talking. Can't wait to come up against you mate.

Maybe if the CW Colts themselves got to find out their own simming averages, then we might have thought about it.

Actually, no we wouldn't have.

Mate, that's the way we like it around here. In one post, you've shown exactly the sort of attitude we need at the Colts. Keep up the good work CricketHowell :D
