You could argue that Steve Waugh has had a relatively easy time of it as captain, especially when you have 10 other great players around you who hardly need to be told when to apply the pressure & what to do.

:P Against people a lot better than me - still not much compared to Test cricket or Indian State Championship/Whatever it's called. Scunthorpe Town I will be playing against Caistor Town II in the QF of the George Marshall Cup if they get there so that's the quality they're up against.
