The Battle of the Commentators

Cricket Web: All-Time Legend
Hmm, glad I suggested this battle only for someone else to run it :p

Sorry G-man. I asked on the thread, someone said "Go for it" so I did. A man of action, ole' Heath. You are welcome to take management if you so wish. Up to you, man.

If no one has seconded Tubbs, I will. Same with Ian Smith and Donna Symmonds.

International Coach
Michael slater, Chappelli, Ian Smith and Bill 'BANG' Lawry are the commentators whom i really like, i think they mix their cricketing knowledge with a dash of humour which is always entertaining.
I really miss Dean Jones as a commentator, i think his commentatory was also very enjoyable but sadly he made that stupid remark regarding Amla and that pretty much ended his career as a commentator.

Whatever it takes!!!
Nominate:

Harsha Bhogle
Sanjay Manjrekar
Tony Cozier
Darryll Cullinan
Robin Jackman

Second:

Geoffrey Boycott
Tony Greig
Ravi Shastri

Swervy

International Captain
A few kiwis:

Jeremy Coney (seconded)
Martin Crowe (wish we could minus off his "He played that like a la la loo la daisy" thing"
Ian Smith (for our grouchy wicketkeeper)

Surprised Coney's been mentioned less TBH. He's a quality comentator
True about Coney, I find him not only entertaining to listen to, but very insightful
