In the 90s, I had the pleasure of watching Donald bowl Tendulkar and Waqar bowl Lara with absolute jaffas. But what made them special is that both batsmen had smacked them for a couple of boundaries just prior.

VVS played that like ****. Gatting literally played the one he got better despite being a much worse player of spin.

Yeah, he went into hibernation mode after Pakistan tour in 2004 till Aus tour in 2007 when he found his mojo back again.

49 times out of 50 Bell gets the middle of the bat on that ball IMO. Just ****ed up that time, maybe loss of concentration. Could probably say the same about a lot of these "balls of the century" tbh

This is one of my favourites. As I love swing bowling.

But credit where it is due, no talking down of Warne's ball of century by me, that was incredible and still the best IMO. That Akram one to Dravid is best non-spinner ball I have seen.
