"punter doesn't have the sample size at 3"

Mcgrath and Gilly atleast have solid IPL stats to their name, and there isn't as much competition for the slot's gilly and mcgrath are filling compared to ponting. Show me a keeper or 3rd pacer who even half compares to the quality of player smith and warner/watson are at #3. I could MAYBE see cummins or agar for mcgrath depending on the pitch but even that is a bit of a longshot."punter doesn't have the sample size at 3"

Ehh, his t20I numbers are suprisingly good. 22 @ an econ of 7 is fairly handy considering he has shown he can bat.Cummins shouldn't be in the same galaxy as an ATG T20 team
Rightfully sonone of us pay attention to t20 very much
Ross Taylor would be our best ODI batsman and one of our best test batsmen, but struggled in T20s. I'd rather have Munro any day. Scotty Styris would be a better option too.B McCullum (wk)

Smith barely gets in the side now, and you've left out Finch who's one of the greatest T20I bats ever. Other than that done pretty well though
Mike Hussey and Matt Hayden unlucky to miss out, ATG players

Hear that? You are just a regular Malan, @trundlerMalan has shown to be a batting trundler in the international format.
Kind of true....Picking Malan in an ATG T20 team is like picking Voges in an ATG Test team. Except Voges was actually a much better cricketer
