A reasonable request but it will depend on the majority of participants agreeing.

When I started this draft and the number of participants increased form the suggested 8-12 to 17 (since reduced to 16) I was a little concerned about how long the draft might take. I'm scheduled to go into hospital in 2 weeks for a hip replacement and I won't have access to a computer for 4-5 days. I believe we could have selections for a 12th man in that time frame but it would be tight for me to run the voting. Perhaps a volunteer?

Participants can indicate their preference, or otherwise, for a 12th man inclusion when they make their Round 11 Draft choice.

TBH I would find a follow on draft interesting. With the ATGs (top 55) blacklisted prior, I think this one has covered the ATVG players more or less (from 56 to 231, balance notwithstanding). Then a follow on draft that will probably cover VG to good players.

Fine. We can stop at 11 players then. Imo a draft should always have 12 players though. No team can play the same 11 players everywhere in the world.
