No; there's a new order each round. R11 will probably be based on previous luck with the randomiser.

I picked dead last in R1 though, then first in R2 and (arguably and randomly) had the best of the draw, so i think that the argument is that having better picks depends on who the person before you picks rather than where you are in each round. Thus setting an order in whichever round wont even anything out..

Probably kk I think. 3rd and 2nd last so far. Having said that, it also depends on which decade or so that we're in as that is a factor that will affect the quality of picks as well.
