It isn't an issue in this draft though as the time zones change so better players can be available later in a round.

Look this is my first draft however I quickly realized your at the mercy of the draw to some extent round 1 I was 5th 2nd and 3rd round my fave number 13 that meant between round 1 and 2 some of the greatest ever got picked and generations got past. It's a lot of fun and honestly some incredible teams forming and I don't think I've done to badly so far even with the draw luck against me in small margins.

I think the biggest advantage might be a double pick. You pick someone and also set yourself up for your second pick.
