Mitchell around Graeme Smith, Dexter around the same level too but a bit behind them, he wins due to his bowling though, he was pretty good at it.

Mitchell was pretty handy with the ball too though and a top class slipper.

Mitchell has 0.64 WPM @ 51 average to Dexter's 1.06 WPM @ 34 average, not close in this regard.

Both good fielders, Dexter was a more effective bowler in tests.

Yeah I don't think his FC bowling skills would ever translate into Test bowling skills, it's almost a universal rule that when someone goes from FC to Test one of their facets take a massive hit, look at Compton.
