With Boucher standing back.. Hall looks very innocious. Surely there is a better seamer in SA than him.

It could not be more tense. If KP goes England are as good as toast...

That is excitement enough for me. Plus the players are making it incredibly intense out there in the middle with their egos flailing about.
TBH I'm finding it quite dull, the opening overs were impressive as Pollock and Langeveldt really bowled well. I don't think it's quite as intense as you are suggesting, though undoubtedly they are feeling the heat out there.

Hall to Strauss, FOUR, oh, fabulous shot. This is Strauss of 2004, picking up the length remarkably quickly. It was too short, granted - but only by an inch or two - and pulled with power and timing through midwicket
mmmmmmmmmm

You are finding this game dull, yet you stayed up and watched Australia v Sri Lanka A yesterday?

I won't write us off yet, Colly may do something special here, and Strauss seems in good nick

Nixon could reverse sweep us to the Semis...

RSA batting is too strong to not chase down 220odd with everything at stake.

Now Colly and Straussy would have to get this England innings back on track.

P.S: It was a dire shot from KP.

Strauss looking pretty decent here, although he has been guilty of getting 20's and 30's and then getting out. Needs to go on and make a decent score.

I've been doing that for 4 months:laugh:
The good thing is, is that the tests are played first, so in theory England should be strong enough (they are the second best team in the world in tests for a reason) to win the test series and take momentum to the ODIs in June.

Then the Indians come and it will all kick off!
