Exactly, with the majority of their batting lineup being in form (Symonds and Hussey) being the exception then it seems like folly to shore up their batting by having Hodge bat at #7.

With 2 out of 6 out of form, that's putting a lot of onus on not very many players, since you're relying on 4 of them in that case to score the runs...
