He was excellent for Safc , guaranteed starter , loved by the fans

now he’s gone to being a sub , not liked by Ipswich fans and back into the championship

yesterday ipswich used five subs and he never got on

they are playing a loan player in his position despite spending £15 million plus on him

similar may happen to Watson who Brighton have paid £10 million for from Safc

Brighton won’t go down but I’ll be amazed if he starts ten prem games for them

he’s only played about 15 games for safc

Similar story to Leeds. Bielsa gave him a shot as a super sub, age and health scare notwithstanding. When the first challenge for promotion didn't pan out, he swans off to Tottenham Hotspur to sit on their bench. With a bit more Bielsa coaching he might have peaked as high as the likes of Kalvin Phillips at Euro 2020.
