But it's been said so many times - no-one can ever be anything close to definitive because style is so subjective.
Also, quite agree with eddie that david was rather hasty in his construction of the poll - first thought that struck me (before I'd even opened the thread) was "all-time - hmm, should be interesting..."
Style can only ever be quantified if you've seen someone anyway. They said Trumper was stylish, they said Ranjitsinhji was stylish... no-one's ever seen them, or if they have they're about 120 and probably don't remember much

. It's only possible to contrive a thread "most stylish player you've ever seen" and because there will be such a range a poll's not exactly fair, either.
Equally, for me there are so many stylish players around it's not really possible to contrive between them. I only say Aravinda because he was the first I ever saw of my favourite lot while taking serious notice and because the strokes are what I enjoy most (I don't really like seeing off-stump balls knocked through mid-wicket, but Mark Waugh sure made it look good when he did it).
