Historic victory for Chips Mwitu on the cards here. ZCC U21s were better on paper but the lack of experience, particularly in T20s, is showing.

Astronauts were absolutely dominating this match, but a middle order wobble has brought FHK back into it. No LOY, young Lorie Lai getting an opportunity in his place.

Haha great innings that. Megana and, of course, Hlengwa get Ashgrove over halfway there before a massive collapse (88–1 to 133–8), but Kamal Azam righted it and saw them through – SOD openers can be really helpful in that regard in close T20s IMO. Hlengwa topped the Ashgrove BQ too .

Another T20 started halfway through for Ashgrove, with AXI hosting them. Some classic pinch-hitting, but in the end a good cameo from Chambers and some decent tail stuff were required to bring us to 151 (Hlengwa tied-best BQ). Facing a low target, having to consolidate after the Astronauts were 25–3, and Economical bowling foiled Hlengwa, causing him to push rather than slog. Acting like the best bat in the team getting his eye in, he sleepwalked to 23 (31): what must surely be his slowest ever T20 innings of great length. Ashgrove now reeling at 66–7 – 4.9 v 7.4, it's all in the BQ, boyz.

Solid recovery from your boys against our U21s @andruid

Thanks be to Akers, a jobber I brought in to keep wicket, even as I was wrapping my head around this game. Also props to Ali Ali, who briefly kept wicket for my u21s until we drafted a proper keeper and could revert to being a bowler

15-skill Wilde top-scoring in a total of 188 pretty funny. But good victory for AX–W over AXI in the end.

The high accuracy and nothing else medium pacer thing has been tried a couple of times before with moderate success (though nothing great BQ-wise), but definitely not with that sort of distribution. I suggest a good reason to not test it is his poker-faced, which has a detrimental effect on accuracy.
Does it?

Poker FacedDoesn't give away which delivery he is about to bowl, making his variations more effective
