That match shows all my frustration inconsistencies with Stumped… #BQdoesNotMatter(bq never fails)
You did really well with a low-strength team there. What I will say is that in this sort of random tail goodness you generally see at least two "Kaiser is incredibly lucky to still be there"s. But here there wasn't a thing, showing the poor bowling quality on display. That match shows all my frustration inconsistencies with Stumped… #BQdoesNotMatter
My point here is that I should not have done nearly so well with such a low strength team. I was never expecting to win. Obviously the almost win would have been nice and a last wicket pairing winning it for you is amusing and frustrating. You did really well with a low-strength team there. Wilde was dropped and subsequently scored himself three of those messages. Then again, this was against away and he's a significantly inferior bat to Rehman. In this Kaiser wtf-athon he scored himself a couple of very luckies.
Rather realistic then, IMO. Upsets are fun too, better this than very predictable results.Ultimately the more I play stumped the more I feel that the only real consistency can be created when you have 6 42+ batsmen because no matter how poor the opposing bowlers are, the in game randomness can always take out 2/3 batsmen. And if you lose your good batsmen to unlucky or run outs the entire game goes to ****. This creates far more “statistical” upsets than there should be between weak and strong teams. And can also create blowouts between similar skilled teams at crucial times. It is the system it is, but it also makes creating a solid team that can truly be competitive very random.
Testing out my younger players. Trying to decide who to keep and who to let go at end of season.Any reason TMOs went in weak?
Chasing 270. Levy out first ball…. “unlucky” no surprises.Couple of dropped catches making TMOs day very difficult.
