That's impossible. By definition, luck acts by itself, and is not caused by any person. That's why it's called luck.
What people generally attribute to luck is in fact not a complete coincidence.

Say I nearly avoided a car crash. Many would call it lucky. However, my reaction time was better than 90% of drivers would have reacted in the same situation. Therefore it wasn't just a complete coincidence that I avoided the incident.

Or it could have been complete arse... Morkel bowled exceptionally well. His effort to Clarke being a representative example. Balls just missed fielders, edges and stumps. He can only control how well he bowls. He cant control what happens after. That is a matter of chance or luck.

Have noticed a huge difference in the way Johnson runs in. Used to take big steps now takes faster, almost tippy-toe steps so he hits the crease taller and, I think, means he uses momentum from his run-up instead of relying on slinging the ball at pace. To be able to do that, you need to be fitter and he most certainly is that but, as he requires less of his body in generating pace, can sustain it for longer and is less likely to lose his body shape.
Yep, this. Pretty much my first reaction was 'this is interesting'. I wonder if he's now properly listening to McDermott, as this is the ownly discernable change I've noticed in Johnson's MO sincde his debut. If you're we to contrasy his bowloing in 07 when he came into the team, and pre-Ashes/Indian ODI tour, I reckon they would look exactly the same.
