Yes. Miller was the type of player they were lacking. Ponting could have been replaced by Law, Hodge or Dussey who would have done good.
No. Kirsten is just not an elite opener. May be a case for Hashim Amla.
Difficult decision. May be Botham.
They will kill for it.
They will kill for it. Last two instances, that is what they lacked. Even the best ever spinners these sides ever had are couple of rungs below these two.
