as long as we can be sure all of the names we have will contribute regularly (as there were issues with commitment from a few people last time round) i see no reason why we shouldnt have that many, just have to sort out the rosters and stuff for all of it and take it from there.

Rangers this season are especially weak and there's no need for Germany to have 3 teams when Italy/Spain don't. I'll edit.
