Silent Draft

It's a couple of years since I ran a silent draft - anyone up for another one?

As before, each drafter starts with $1,000,000 to buy their XI.

As a change from before, this time I name an XI for each round, and the entrants e-mail me their bids for as many or as few of those players as they like (up to a maximum of however much is remaining of their initial $1,000,000). The highest bid for each player, naturally, gets that player for that amount of money.

When does the draft get over? Might be fun having a condition that once >=50% drafters get their XIs, draft ends. Will force people to optimize for both strength of the team and for chance of completing an XI.

Regarding ankitj's comment. I'm adding an extra rule that you must bid for at least one player in each round, until your team is complete.

So for this round, everyone should bid for anywhere between 1 and 11 players (inclusive), bidding up to $1,000,000.
