The initial grade tournament, probably featuring some kind of knockout system, will begin on 3 November, the day before the last Dev League final - and continue throughout the charity period. Players who have not indicated interest will not be involved in this season's grade tournament, but will be randomly assigned a team for the Grade Cup in season 10.

Yeah, the idea was to start it in the offseason I think, so the fact that the finals havent been simmed yet is delaying it.
