This is about sports. ICC demands member states have a women's cricket program and Afghanistan has banned women from playing cricket. ICC should do their job and penalise breaches of their own "sports" rules

Because I'm emotionally dysfunctional and ethically questionable I'm gonna "fax over feels" this as I think it makes it impossible to argue with on any level
ICC funding is given contractually on the condition that it is used to fund both a mens' and womens' team. AFG are giving it entirely (apart from whatever is being syphoned off by corruption) to the men. What they're doing isn't far off stealing. The ICC letting the entire world see them get away with that is absolutely ****ed.
