I think I've updated everyone who has so far updated their team, if not just let me know, I hope a few of you do update your team as there are some good players left out of the current XI's..

Not sure about Hogan. I'd have thought they'd want some experience in that bowling lineup. I'd like him in there for Wildermuth if he plays.

At least 1 of George/Wildermuth will play. I'd think George would more likely, but who knows with Qld selectors this season.

I don't think Finch will play. Christian averaged 50 in the Shield last season.

Some article and quote made it sound like he was back in the "side" rather than squad. Maybe it was just the way it was written.

And yeah, Christian would be right to feel aggrieved.

I don't think trying to guess who gets made twelfth man every week is really the point of this comp, so allowing people to get around that in any way we can should be priority IMO.

But you must make an effort. No assumption halfway through the game that you wanted me to auto-sub out test players just because its obvious they arent plsying.

Then why not just put your 14 in an order so that the first 11 (or 8/9 in my case) that are actually playing count? Saves any issues with ****s getting in a late change from the Sydney toss whilst other ****s are screwed because Perth...

Haha what I said doesn't even actually help me for this round because WA are playing in Adelaide so they'll start half an hour later than everyone else, but I do think giving people maximum opportunity to find out what the lineups are is a good thing.

If anyone objects to the Hogan for Wildermuth sub I'm happy for it not to count. Just keen to have more than six players on the park.

If your Hogan sub counts then I think my Doherty sub should also count given it's basically the exact same thing.

Heh, yeah, who would begrudge you inflicting Doherty on your team?

I think everyone wants subs to come in automatically if teams are posted in good faith and there's a struggle to get 11 on the park.

With Christian out, there are only 5 full teams this round. MorgieB and Gnske with good opportunities to really streak ahead.

Yeah, I think it should definitely be the case that if you've only got XI playing then they should all be in your XI but when you've got 12-14 then your most recent XI will be the one used.
