Seriously you need more than just good technique and power to be able to play good innings.
Like shot slection, tempermant etc... non of which he has so i don't see how he'd be better than Razzaq.
Its like me saying Sehwag would be great batsman if only he had bit of footwork. Irfan would be an amazing all-rounder if only he could bat and ball. :p

Razzaq's technique against quick bowling when he's not slogging is pathetic, Afridi's may not be much better but i think it's better than Razzaq's.
