Roy should just keep going. Hales can sit in and build a innings at around 120-130 SR.

Great footwork from Roy.
Thought his innings against the WI was filth and like most stated it here, but this is fantastic, sure like the Munro innings, some purists are probably sneering, but a player who can come in and kill a chase like this is absolute golden.

Props to the fella.

He plays some proper cricket shots to be fair. Not sure many purists will mind that straight drive.

Excellent call to be fair, just a shame that Hesson didn't read your post. You can never play to much spin against England when in the SC.

This is done bar an LOL collapse.
I didn't think it was rocket science. I know it's not a bunsen burner but in India as you say, on a ground where Afghanistan did the damage with spin, SL got joy out of theirs, against a side you know would prefer pace especially up front...we've just gone about this horribly wrong. We didn't score enough runs either but this is hard to watch when our tactics are wrong too.

Obviously Ish doesn't like bowling in the PP or we don't back him to, based on this tournament. So McCullum had to play. Milne was only ever pace onto the bat.
