Semi-Final #1- India v Australia- Tuesday, March 4th- Dubai

Not surprising that Australia chose to bat first, it's probably their best chance on this pitch which will probably get harder to bat on like it did for us.

The key will be strike rotation, NZ just played far too many dots to win the match, Carey and Inglis will be key in that middle order

Agree. What month was that WT20 (2021?) when chasing almost always won. Perhaps different time of year.

I think Rohit should have sent out a substitute captain for the toss. That's now 11 ODI tosses in a row he's lost

Also Smith has never won an ICC event as captain. This probably his best and only chance I reckon.

It's not often I support Australia but I would prefer to see them win so the final is in Pakistan where I think we will have a better chance of winning.

Of course we still need to beat South Africa tomorrow otherwise it doesn't matter where the final is.

Both batsmen struggling with the different pace of the pitch, it's not easy for a team to play a final in a different country to all their other games.

Just ask NZ who had to play the 2015 WC final in Australia after playing all their other games in NZ.
