I meant, why is it disrespectful?

Its a stupid rule that teams are forced to stand there and get shouted at. They would be far happier doing their warmups etc whilst the haka takes place. Instead they are forced to stand there, therefore they may as well turn their backs.
Its not a rule at all, I mean you won't find it written down anywhere that a team "must" stand and watch the haka. But it is all about respecting tradition in the form of New Zealand offering a challenge to the opposition. Obviously you've little idea of its significance.
Nah, **** it, I agree with Goughy- opposition can do whatever they like during the haka as far as I'm concerned and no "respect" or "disrespect" should be taken from whatever actions (aside from maybe flipping the bird). The only time for mutual respect is during national anthems.

Was directed at a Queenslander pretending to be a New Zelander. 2nd worst bloke in the world after Craig. All good in my book.

Seriously, how funny was that NZ try when two English fellas knocked it on in the in-goal - one dropping it from above his head, the other, falling over himself while picking it up (or trying to) off the ground?

Actually enjoyed that game a fair bit, despite all the errors.

Of course, the in-laws were in the other room and I popped in and out to get the score for 20 minutes at a time, so that heightened the enjoyment somewhat.

After being fed a exclusively Union diet for a few years, and starting to enjoy it, it is amazing to watch a quality and fast paced game of League.

I remember why Union used to bore me after waching 5 mins of this game.

For what its worth, Im supporting Australia. :)
