Rich2001

International Captain
Kent team to face ND @ Canterbury

1. R.Key
2. M.Fleming
3. B.Lara
4. J.Hockley
5. M.Walker
6. M.Ealham
7. P.Nixon
8. D.Fulton
9. M.Patel
10. M.McCague
11. M.Saggers

B.Trott is the first ever change to the Kent team, after it was thought he was giving away a few to many runs in most of the games. M.McCague will debut in the WCCC after pipping a long list of candidates to the job because of a better S/R per wickets.

The only other change comes with the batting order being modifyied slghtly, D.Fulton drops from opening the batting down to number eight, and a pinch hitter in M.Felming will now partner the in form R.Key at the top. Lara will stay at 3 after a good knock in the CA cup week previous. Everyone else just moves up the order one place.

Good Luck to TBY, should be a great match

We all know how close Division 2 is at the moment but after this weeks matches Division 1 could be just as Close....
Look @ it this way.....
NSW win
Mumbai Win
Lancashire Win
Yorkshire Win

and all of a sudden the table is...
QLD, Mumbai, and Lancashire all on 8
NSW on 6
Warwickshire and Yorkshire on 4
WA on 2
Hampshire 0

Makes things very interesting....

Both Divisions have worked out nicley they are both very very even......

nsw side will be finalised thursday as they fly out for a much needed win to keep in contact with opposition leaders qld. coach bugssy malone has deffered picking his side due to conditions over in england and will make a few changes come thursday after the final training session prior to flying out.
the final side will be mentioned first here. so stay tuned
bugssy malone said even though we lost our last game the vboys batted well and its been our bowling that has let us down, so there maybe 1 or 2 changes but nothing dramatic."with a big grin on his face"

time will tell

Well with a change of manager the South Australian teams attitude has blossomed....
When Manager Brendon Goff arrived at his 1st training session at the Adelaide oval he was greeted by overwhelming support from players and fans alike...
Players were heard saying how impressed they were with the choice of Goff as their new manager....

After a hummilating forfeit last week, Goff has picked a very strong looking side to travel to Somerset to take on the Dangerous poms.....

1/ G.Blewett
2/ D.Fitzgerald
3/ M.Miller
4/ D.Lehmann (c)
5/ R.Harris
6/ S.Deitz (wk)
7/ B.Young
8/ J.Gillespie
9/ P.Wilson
10/ M.Harrity
11/ P.McIntyre

So with history showing a change of manager usually brings a win Goff is hoping tradition continues, and that his newly acquainted Redbacks team can get their stumbling season back on track.....
