I would like to add that my team is not the only one that is fielding an opener who is not an opener.

Not Bad Eh? XI

1. Jack Hobbs
2. Gordon Greenidge
3. Sir Donald Bradman *
4. Joe Root (6)
5. Graeme Pollock
6. Quinton de Kock +
7. Mahmadullah (5)
8. Wasim Akram (1)
9. Dale Steyn (2)
10. Curtly Ambrose (3)
11. Bhagwat Chandrasekhar (4)

Ambrose is literally gonna kill me for not giving him the new ball
Yeah WTF man, Akram should be first change there.

And this is exactly why the Mahmadullah rule was the way it was. Your team is ahead by a million miles.

Trundler should have taken Broad or Bumrah from B IMO. Would have made his team clear favourite to win the draft
Haha ya 100%. It was a terrible mistake from him to let go of Ambrose. He still has one of the best teams in voting (and I'd vote for him as promised), but Broad+Ambrose is way better than Bond+Vampire.

ATG openers who each bring something different to the table. 2 triple centuries up top. My middle order has every shade of greatness. Headley and Chappell have the best conversation rates after Bradman himself. Trumper can and did hit a century before lunch and Kallis is there to grind bowlers down and keep things together. Russell is the best English keeper since Knott and Warne would be happy to have him behind the stumps. Marshall is Marshall and Bond's inswing at pace compliments him nicely. Who better to perform the enforcer role than Adcock who was hitting 150ks 60 years ago and was the fastest according to May and Cowdrey at a time when Trueman and Lindwall were still at their best. I mean, other than Ambrose.

Chanderpaul again. Did think about him this time but would just much rather have Clarke at 6.

Whatever it takes!!!
No matter who wins the polls, I think we can all agree that we are all winners here by ****ing up trundler's plans. :p
