Given that "off-spinner" usually means "fingerspinner" (as does "slow left-armer") these two words very seldom go together.
If you use the more accurate terms (fingerspin\wristspin) instead of the variable terms "off-spin"\"leg-spin" (which, remember, differs with different batsmen) then a statement like the above can be made.
For "offspinner" read "fingerspinner".
