Ranking the Bowlers

International Captain
Ambrose.
Its worth remembering that Hadlee was a great bowler but he operated on some of the most friendly seaming tracks the world's ever seen ( Standard Kiwi tactic of the 80s: Prepare total greentops and hope for Paddles to nuke em). This is the reason i'd rate Ambrose slightly ahead of Hadlee.

TBF, Hadlee performed well even on non-green tops. But yea, I rate Ambrose slightly ahead too, but its close.

Just six hours or so to go ... Ambrose 8, Warne 6, Hadlee 5 ... get your vote in if you've got a problem with that.

Ambrose marches home at #4. I'm expecting some strong sentiments if Warne doesn't make it now.

The List
1. Malcolm Marshall
2. Muttiah Muralitharan
3. Glenn McGrath
4. Curtly Ambrose

The vote for the #5 bowler of all-time begins now.
