He indeed ranks 925th in runs, 12th in average and equal 425th in centuries. We should probably split the difference. Top 500 is fair.

Looking at more batsmen better than Barry though, how about Kamindu Mendis? Averages 77 after 6 tests with 3 tons and 4 fifties. Averages 50+ everywhere and against everyone he’s played. Also averages 63 in FC.
