You're missing the point - the tie-breaker is there to differ between people who get the same score from the 10 "proper" questions. No-one's supposed to get it right, it's about who gets closest. It's supposed to be a calculated guess.

If you get more of the 10 questions right than someone else, it doesn't matter who has the better tie-breaker answer.
