We just have to ban on sight and delete all new multi posts so he loses the will to recreate. The alternative is not letting new people join.

Look, any of the Poms who arrived at or around the 2023 Ashes need looking into. Some absolute dross there. RIS joined before the pandemic, so I think he's in the clear but tbh in the interests of justice appearing to be done, they probably need to have a look at him as well.

I'm a RIS fan myself, but you can't selectively investigate these things. I'm confident he will be cleared and the real duds weeded out, but I think it's good of you to remind him he needs to maintain a certain standard, or else.
