Directly from our hosts guys:

Well, nothing on the server is blocking him. Otherwise, he wouldn't
finish up the traceroute (it would just time out). Sounds like
something on his ISP's side is blocking it.

Definately, seems a bit odd that they admit there is a problem, but they won't look into it until a BigPond customer tells them though

Ok.. They couldn't really help me over the phone when I rang because a.) Their knowledge was limited (just a call centre guy) and b.) They knew mine was just as limited..

If you could send me a question email which I'll forward to them verbatim I'd be more then happy to send it through..

Perhaps if I sent this Tim Brown an email it might work out a bit better then if I rang a stupid Helpdesk.. The guy at the helpdesk suggested I send an email anyway..

But yeah.. Forward me something to send and I'd be more then happy to do it..

Did you receive any response? The problem still very much exists, but I've received no acknowledgement of correspondence from them..

How did you contact them btw? Was it through a forum or simpy through email?
