Yes if you get your 2nd pick in Round 5, you will get your 3rd pick in Round 6.

This is how it works.

South Australia are 1st and 7th.

They need 1 pick for their first round, then they need another 10 picks to cover what might be taken in the first round (as there are 11 teams) and then another 7 as they are 7th in round 2. Therefore in total they need to put in 18 picks.
