- Batting average <30 with batting average lower than bowling average
- Must either have bowled 1,000 balls in test cricket or taken more than 2 wickets per test
- Pace must be described as off-spin, leg-spin, left-arm orthodox, left-arm/right-arm slow, chinaman etc.
