PlayerComparisons

International Captain
Its interesting how often the 1v1 poll results diverge and how opinions can quickly seem to shift here - mainly on players a bit below that top level. Obviously theres an element of differing amounts of votes and which particular members are voting, but nonetheless, very interesting.
Also active player ratings tend to change pretty frequently. I think Kohli and Kane would probably drop a decent amount now.

Boycs might increase a bit but would still be rated behind Dravid/Miandad/Younis Khan etc.

Why do we categorise a no good cheat like Miandad alongside Dravid? Dravid is well, well ahead of him. A far classier Batsmen, far classier person.

Very tough. May had the better peak. Boycott has better longevity and is one of the most accomplished post-war openers.
Definitely arguable I think. The most unfortunate thing about Boycott’s 3 year absence was that it came right during his prime
