Two doyens of SA cricket comms there. Trevor Quirk and Robin Jackman. Remember them from SABC days in the 90s.

About all that is available... hopefully more will come in time from a cricketing perspective with a growing SA women's cricket.
Neither of them played cricket professionally as far as I know so can't really believe that is all that is available. Pretty sure we could find one that is better then haysman for instance...

Unfortunately, for some bizarre reasons, haze is entrenched in SS. But we know the problems are beyond that.... its takes more than a few years to correct. I expect to see the younger female commentators who are just starting their careers and any good to be pushed forward soon enough.

I remember another female commentator who had a stint for SABC who had played for South Africa. I think it was Claire Cowan, although me not being entirely sure of her name doesn't say much about her commentary.

At least Imam can make up for his failure in the second innings. Losers like Sarfraz, Fakhar, Azhar and Shafiq won't do anything in important matches but will score few too many runs in dead rubbers to keep their spot for next series.

Haysman can irritate me but if we honest Super Sport will always be loyal to him as when he was finishinfg off his cricket for Northern Transvaal he was the original cricket anchor for them and was for years.

He started irritating more when he moved to USA and worked for Stanford.

Loved how Shan has turned around his game. He's the best List A player in the history of the game. He has got the highest average yet can't find a place in Pakistan's ODI XI

Get through the new ball and sideways movement won't be as big issue. There is runs out there if you good enough.
