I didn't say they should. But in regards to this thread where FTA stations are wanting support for having sporting rights taken away from them, don't you think it's a bit hypocritical for them to ask for the support when they don't offer services in the interests of viewers in the first place?

Don't see why.

Channel Nine have the rights for the next five years.

Cricket also rates highly in the otherwise barren landscape of summer TV.

And I can't see the Federal Government removing the major summer sport from the anti-siphoning list
