I prefer the current system as trades it would result in more trades, as people make trades for players they dont really want on the chance they may be able to trade the player later.

yeah, The current system works really well. I don't see the point in changing it.

yep i agree as well. also if no finances are introduced maybe un-even trading could be used? but n e way as i said. i think u should be able to trade a player as many times as u want!

Un-even trading means teams end up with either more or less than 16 players, and that then renders the 16 player squad size meaningless.
