An 18yr old Jamaican bowler who came out of nowhere this season, played 6 FC matches and got 20 odd wickets. Included in those wickets was an 8-for. He destroyed Trinidad and Tobago in their Carib Cup matchup. :(

A mightily impressive young man
Yep. He may well be our James Anderson, but I would still play Collymore ahead of him in the Tests at this point. I would also give Daren Powell a chance ahead of him. He's young so he'll have may opportunities in the future.

Was Daren Powell the one having the wides problem today in one over?

Apart from that dodgy spell he looked fine, but the action looks a little ragged.

He only bowled 3 straight wides (I think) - not Harmison territory yet. Bishop commented that he had a fairly smooth action...

Taylor has a nice smoot action IMO.
