Bloody hell, just flicked this over. What the hell has gone on this morning? Been exceptional bowling, poor battin or both?

Bracewell seems to have a bit of a knack for extracting inconsistent bounce imo. Can get it to bounce at times but often threatens the stumps with balls that appear relatively short.

Both from what I'm hearing. Transferred Hobart first innings to here.
Been extraordinary. Just saw the sixth out. Fair nut. Must be decking it around a bit?

I know it's Zimbabwe, but I'm bullish about NZ's pace bowling stocks ATM. I didn't think their first innings would finish sooner on my tv than India's second, but there's a decent chance.

NZ should have this nearly won today.

Dreadful batting for the most part. Zimbabwe have been horribly loose, no foot movement and most've looked like they've never faced the swinging ball before. It's been awful to watch.

This really is superb bowling.

The thing that's killing Zimbabwe is that all the bowlers are bowling on a dime and getting movement. There's no bowler who's struggling which they can use to score some runs and get themselves in.

Cheers mate.

Just for my own benefit, Napier is where Cape Kidnappers is, isn't it?
