What is the deal with being put in jail but then released with no charges? I find it a bit confusing.

You can arrest someone on suspicion in some circumstances but then you have to let them go if you've got nothing concrete within a certain time period

Suspicion of committing a crime is a pretty reasonable circumstance.

Morgan's handled it horribly for the attack he has too. Only having thirty overs of seam available at home doesn't seem like something he's comfortable with at all.

Man that is insane...a run rate of 18 over a 5-over period...It's another thing to achieve 13-14 (relatively common)
