***Official West Indies in New Zealand***

WindieWeathers

International Regular
Last time I checked Bravo was injured. I believe Edwards, Taylor and Powell is your current quick bowling trio.

New Zealand were easily the dominant side in the two test series, a rained out match and one fantastic out of character innings (not to mention a terrible umpiring decision) saved the West Indies from losing the series, which can happen in a two match series. I don't recall the West Indies ever being on top in the series.

And yeah, i'd definitely say O'Brien, Mills and Martin/Franklin are a better fast bowling trio than Edwards, Taylor and Powell. Hell, you only have to look at their records to work that out. How can you justify saying Edwards, Taylor and Powell are better? Their performances just don't stack up.
I didn't include Powell in the bowling line-up so don't embarrass yourself by trying to distort my post, the bottom line is NZ are the home side and you've failed to beat us, we've had a bunch of wasters in Chattergoon, Ramdin and Marshall in our batting line-up and your "brilliant bowlers" still couldn't do enough damage to win you a test, and the bowlers performances this year have been quite decent imo, you don't win a test match against South Africa, draw with Sri Lanka (and beat them in the odi's) and push Autralia to the limit if it is as bad as you suggest, you just don't.

Our bowlers also pushed Australia in the first Test in Brisbane (our batsmen were admittedly absolutely awful there, but I believe our adjusted lineup is much better now).

Ian Smith says they might be coming back on soon, possibly playing 30 overs a side!

Dunno why, but I kind of envy Nash, reckon it'd be pretty cool to be the only white in the West Indies side

Not Terrible
We're so ****ed.

****ing rain matches 28 overs? Just another ****ing T20 for ****s sake. So frustrating that the whole game plan has to change to slog slog slog.

An interesting shot from captain Vettori. Be a fair effort if New Zealand can defend this total.

What will be total for WI to chase?

Since the rain interruption happened in between the match, by how much the NZ total be inflated?
