Which time? There were 4 subs a session. Disgraceful. Reports indicats Jones may have caught Fuesareum (sp?).
I liked Ricky Ponting's approach, which was to convince himself that the substitute fielder wasn't legitimate* and therefore convinced himself that the sub wasn't on the pitch at all. No wonder he was surprised when he was run out.
*Simon Jones was towelling down in, er, hospital, with a career threatening injury.
Deadly, iirc.Which time? There were 4 subs a session. Disgraceful. Reports indicats Jones may have caught Fuesareum (sp?).
Ha ha. Love it.Deadly, iirc.
Didn't the Old Trafford test against Pakistan in 2006 finish on Day 3?Looks like we might get some play soon.
When was the last time England won a test inside 3 days?
Yeah. Pak just made it past tea.Didn't the Old Trafford test against Pakistan in 2006 finish on Day 3?
Failing that, it would have been against Bangladesh in 2005.
The time Ponting ran himself out taking a quick single to cover. You may remember it - it basically cost his team the Ashes. And then he spat the dummy in a really amusing way.Which time?
Yeah, rain forced a 4th day.The Headingley test last time the Windies toured? Or was there some rain interruptions? My memory fails me. In any case, it was a horrific loss- the Windies' biggest of all time IIRC.
Was beyond useless in every match since his one decent innings of 85. And was sent home from the Stanford squad for something drugs-related that i don't quite remember.Whatever happened to the Xavier Marshall? Thought he had the world at his feet against us in the series last year. Surely he's got more potential than Devon Smith?
Looked horrendous here in NZ.Whatever happened to the Xavier Marshall? Thought he had the world at his feet against us in the series last year. Surely he's got more potential than Devon Smith?
Na New Zealands is worse, Sri Lankas too without Malinga. Bangladeshs of course.I think it is safe to say England has the worst opening bowling attack in the world today, atleast on paper.
